February was an exciting month for our Executive Chef Raúl Correa! His creative and innovative talent were recognized by Puerto Rico’s leading culinary publication, FoodiesPR.com, which named Chef Raul Correa “Puerto Rico’s Top Chef 2014”.
That same week, the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association (PRHTA) held its annual culinary competitions in search of the best local chefs to form part of the island’s official culinary team.
Among the 20 chefs who participated in the culinary challenge, Chef Raul Correa was selected to form part of the Puerto Rico Culinary Team 2014 representing the island in the culinary competitions “Taste of the Caribbean” organized by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association in Miami from June 28 – July 2, 2014.
